How do I reserve a date?
Choose a commission, collection, date and time on the Reserve page. A 30% retainer secures the date and the balance is due 48 hours before your session. You receive a reference number and a calendar invitation immediately.
Is the pricing on this site final?
No. All pricing shown on this demonstration site is sample pricing. The studio sets final investment, which can be updated at any time from the owner dashboard.
Which areas do you serve?
The studio is based between the Hamptons and Martha's Vineyard, with regular commissions in New York City, Nantucket and along the New England coast. Travel further afield is quoted on request.
What happens if the weather turns?
Coastal weather is part of the work. Weather-related changes are always complimentary, and you may request a new date from your client portal up to 48 hours beforehand.
When will we see our photographs?
A selection of previews within 48 hours for most sessions, and the complete gallery within 7 to 14 days. Weddings are delivered within six weeks. Priority delivery is available.
Do you help with styling and wardrobe?
Yes. Every commission includes access to the preparation guide with palettes, wardrobe notes and a checklist, and we are glad to arrange hair and make-up.
Can we order prints and albums?
Yes. Galleries include full-resolution downloads with a personal print release. Linen-bound albums and archival prints can be added at any time.
Do you also create films?
Yes. Films can be commissioned on their own or alongside photography, and the Heirloom collections of most commissions include a short film.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Gift certificates are available for any commission or amount and can be designed and downloaded from the Gift page.
What does the retainer cover?
The retainer reserves the date exclusively for you and covers planning. It is deducted from your final balance.
